Running 20+ accounts at once is a structure problem before it’s a communication problem.

The Challenge

Multiple growing brands needed continuous Shopify improvements, but requests were arriving faster than any single roadmap could absorb them cleanly.

The Approach

I organized incoming requests into per-account roadmaps ranked by impact and effort, then kept a consistent communication rhythm so no client had to chase a status update.

Account management, growth support, roadmap planning, QA follow-up and stakeholder communication.
